Rank Description: This rank is chosen by the king. They are basically the second-in-command saiyan. They come close to the King's power, but they are nowhere near as skilled. They run the military (If one is established) and basically are the main Saiyans in charge of battles. Simple as that. They can remain close to the king, but they don't have to be particularly binded to them.
