Server Problem(s)

Very simple poll, I want everyone to vote on what they feel is negative - then explain the negativity here on the topic. If you pick the "other" option on the poll then explain what exactly is wrong that doesn't fit on the poll itself / isn't covered by a poll answer. Be specific and be serious, I want to know serious and valid issues. I don't want to hear people complaining about In Character situations, they happened you can't change them unless you work hard. I want to know about real problems, and don't exaggerate issues either - meaning if you were punished after being caught doing something three or more times don't say I'm being too strict - that's your fault at that point not mine.
